Fluxim @ SPIE 2020
Fluxim presents their approach on the modelling and characterization of perovskite-based solar cells at the SPIE Photonics West conference.
Dr. Urs Aeberhard from Fluxim will present the invited paper “Computational device optimization and parameter extraction for perovskite-based solar cells” in the session on “Design and Simulation of Perovskites PV” as part of the conference “Physics, Simulation, and Photonic Engineering of Photovoltaic Devices IX” at the SPIE Photonics West 2020.
The presentation covers multi-experiment based model parameter extraction for single junction solar cells as well as optical and full opto-electronic optimization of perovskite-silicon tandem PV architectures using device simulation.
