In our recent study on high-bandgap solar cells, we examined the temperature-dependent degradation of perovskite solar cells with a CsFaPbI3 composition. Using the Litos platform, we found that higher temperatures primarily damage the perovskite layer's morphology rather than accelerating the degradation. Advanced material and electrical characterizations, including XRD, SEM, TPC, IS, and OCVD, revealed that aging increases mobile ion density, impacting performance. Stability testing alone is insufficient; comprehensive characterizations are crucial for accurate degradation analysis.
